These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the bbdk platform. By registering an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bbdk ("bbdk", "we", "us", "our") in respect of your registration and use of the bbdk online betting and casino platform accessible at https://bbdk.org. These Terms apply to all services, features, games, promotions, and payment facilities offered through the bbdk platform. By completing the registration process or by continuing to use the platform after any update to these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read and understood, and agree to be bound by, all provisions set out herein.

bbdk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 1. Eligibility

Who may register and use the bbdk platform

1.1 Age Restriction
Access to and use of the bbdk platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. bbdk reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. If a player is found to be under the age of 21, their account will be suspended immediately, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any deposits or winnings held in the account may be forfeited in accordance with applicable law.
1.2 Geographic Eligibility
The bbdk platform is intended for use by players accessing the site from Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. bbdk does not make any representations about the legal status of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction and accepts no liability for any breach of local laws by players.
1.3 One Account Per Person
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the bbdk platform at any given time. Operating multiple accounts — including accounts registered under different names, mobile numbers, or payment methods belonging to the same individual — is strictly prohibited. bbdk employs automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are found, all accounts associated with that individual may be closed without notice, all bonus funds will be voided, and any remaining real-money balance may be subject to further review.

2. Account Registration and Management

2.1 Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your bbdk account, including your legal full name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number. You must update your account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration details is grounds for immediate account suspension. bbdk may request supporting documentation to verify any of the information provided at registration, including identity documents and proof of address.
2.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bbdk login credentials — your registered mobile number and password. You must not disclose your password to any third party under any circumstances, including persons claiming to be bbdk staff. bbdk will never request your password via any channel. Any activity carried out under your account credentials will be treated as activity carried out by you. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact [email protected] immediately. bbdk cannot be held liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where you have shared or failed to protect your login credentials.
2.3 Account Closure
You may request the closure of your bbdk account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any eligible real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your most recently used withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided no breach of these Terms has occurred. bbdk reserves the right to close any account unilaterally for breach of these Terms, fraud, money laundering suspicion, or any other conduct that bbdk deems harmful to the platform or its other players.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods and Minimums
bbdk accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are credited to your bbdk wallet upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. bbdk does not charge any fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. You must only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts or unverified sources will not be accepted and may result in account suspension.
3.2 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where operationally possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. bbdk aims to process standard withdrawal requests within five minutes for bKash, Nagad, and Rocket transactions; processing times for card withdrawals may vary. bbdk reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal request. Pending withdrawals may be cancelled if your account is under investigation for breach of these Terms.
3.3 Anti-Money Laundering
bbdk is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. All deposit and withdrawal activity is monitored. bbdk may request source-of-funds documentation where unusual transaction patterns are identified. In cases where money laundering is suspected, bbdk will freeze the relevant account, withhold any associated funds pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities in accordance with its legal obligations. Winnings derived from fraudulent, duplicated, or laundered deposits will be voided.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

How bonus offers and promotional rewards work on bbdk

4.1 Wagering Requirements
All bonuses and promotional rewards credited to your bbdk account are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as rollover requirements). The specific wagering multiplier applicable to any given promotion is stated in the individual promotion terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page before you claim the offer. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met. Attempting to withdraw before meeting the wagering requirement will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
4.2 Bonus Eligibility and Restrictions
Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available to new players only and may be claimed once per player per household. bbdk reserves the right to withhold or void any bonus where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the player is engaging in bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies, or any other conduct designed to circumvent the spirit of a promotion. Promotion availability may vary based on the player's deposit history, account status, and the specific games played.
4.3 Promotion Changes and Expiry
bbdk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonus funds not used within the validity period stated in the promotion terms will expire and be removed from the account automatically. bbdk's decision on all matters relating to promotions is final. 5. Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

Actions that are not permitted on the bbdk platform

5.1 Prohibited Activities
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bbdk platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities: (a) registering or operating more than one account; (b) providing false or misleading personal information; (c) using software, bots, algorithms, or other automated systems to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform; (d) engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of coordinated play designed to manipulate outcomes; (e) depositing funds derived from illegal activity; (f) engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at bbdk staff or other players.
5.2 Consequences of Breach
Where bbdk determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has breached any provision of these Terms or engaged in any prohibited conduct, bbdk may take any one or more of the following actions: suspend or permanently close the account; void all or part of any bet, wager, or withdrawal pending at the time of the breach; forfeit all or part of the account balance, including real-money funds and bonus funds; and pursue any further legal remedies available under applicable law. bbdk's decision in such matters is final and binding, subject to any dispute resolution process outlined below.

6. Responsible Gaming

7. Intellectual Property and Platform Use

Your rights and restrictions regarding bbdk platform content

All content on the bbdk platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of bbdk or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bbdk platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to download (other than page caching), modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, licence, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content obtained from the bbdk platform.

You must not use any automated scraping tool, crawler, spider, or data extraction software to access or collect data from the bbdk platform without express prior written consent from bbdk. Any unauthorised use of the platform or its content terminates the permission or licence granted by bbdk and may expose you to civil or criminal liability. The bbdk name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of bbdk. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of bbdk.

8. Limitation of Liability and Amendments

Legal boundaries of bbdk's responsibility and how these Terms may change

8.1 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bbdk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of the bbdk platform, even if bbdk has been advised of the possibility of such damages. bbdk's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8.2 Amendments to These Terms
bbdk reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where an amendment is material, bbdk will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the contact details held on the account (for example, by displaying a notification upon next login). Non-material amendments — such as typographical corrections, clarifications of existing clauses, or updates to payment method names — may be made without notice. The current version of these Terms is always available on this page and carries the effective date shown at the top of this document.
8.3 Contact and Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your bbdk account, a specific bet, a bonus, or any other matter covered by these Terms, please contact bbdk support in the first instance at [email protected] with a clear description of the issue and your registered account details. bbdk will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 5 business days of receipt. Where a complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction through the support channel, bbdk's final decision will be communicated in writing. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, and any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant territory.
